Terms and Conditions
We will refund your deposit under the following circumstances:
1. If after completing the website as per the Project Agreement you are not satisfied with the design or functionality we will make every effort to fix it. In the unlikely event we cannot make it right, simply email a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
2. Refunds must be requested in the final review stage after all revisions are complete. Refunds will not be issued once the website is live.
3. Deposits will not be refunded if a project is cancelled or suspended by the client.
4. If a refund is issued all website files, design elements, etc. will remain with KCD Web Services.
